Barchester is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in the UK. You will oversee enquiries, drive occupancy, and deliver sales and marketing strategies to grow the home’s profile within the local community.

The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, data analysis on CRM platforms, and strong communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential, with opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Network within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
