Barchester are seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in the Colchester area. You will lead sales activity for the home network and work with a supportive management team to improve occupancy and resident experience.

Reporting into a regional leadership group, you will manage enquiries, conduct tours for prospective residents, and build relationships with local communities while leveraging Salesforce or similar CRM tools to analyse data and optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales/marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Interpersonal and professional communication skills.
