Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support our region and drive occupancy across our care homes. You will work with a dedicated management team to convert enquiries into residents and promote first-class care.

Applicants should have proven sales and marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, and be comfortable with Salesforce or similar CRM. A full UK driving licence is essential for this regional field role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Excellent interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Full UK driving licence required for regional position
