Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Lead to drive regional onboarding and optimize rep productivity across EMEA. The role will own MEDDPICC adoption, AI-enabled content, and structured coaching for field teams.

You will partner with many stakeholders to design scalable programs, translate insights into durable assets, and coach managers to lift quota attainment while aligning with regional goals.

Qualifications

5–7 years in sales enablement focusing on field coaching and behavior change.
Experience with SFDC and AI fluency.
Direct enterprise sales experience with complex multi-stakeholder deals.
MEDDPICC or equivalent sales methodology mastery.
Strong program management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and close rep skill gaps and drive productivity.
Lead regional onboarding content and MEDDPICC training.
Coach managers and enable field reps via 1:1s.
Design AI-enabled enablement assets and localization.
Collaborate with GEO enablement and ensure content accuracy.
Own onboarding timelines and content rollouts.
Analyze productivity signals and quota attainment.
