Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Principal, EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations in London to lead regional revenue strategy and execution. You will partner with regional leadership, global RevOps, marketing, finance, and enablement to accelerate pipeline growth and improve forecasting accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales/ revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, with proven cross-region experience and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales operations or revenue operations in SaaS.
• Experience scaling ops across multiple regions (EMEA) including UK, CEE, Israel.
• Strong data analytics and ability to turn data into action.
• Experience using AI to drive automation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UKI, CEE and Israel leadership to drive regional revenue objectives with insights and AI-enhanced decision-making.
• Improve sales processes, scale solutions, and reduce blockers using AI and automation.
• Align regional execution with global go-to-market strategy.
• Drive forecasting discipline and regular regional reviews.
• Own regional metrics and reporting to leadership.
