Qualifications

• 5–7 years in sales enablement focusing on field rep coaching and behavior change.
• Proven track record diagnosing and closing rep skill gaps.
• MEDDPICC or equivalent sales methodology mastery.
• SFDC and AI fluency: comfortable pulling reports and modelling productivity signals.
• Strong program management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close productivity gaps by cohort; measure deal velocity, win rate, and quota attainment.
• Own 90/180-day new hire outcomes using data and field observation.
• Support competitive deal reviews; help create structure and tools for improvements.
• Design repetitive solutions starting from ad-hoc micro-interventions (30-day improvement plans, peer coaching).
• Onboarding & methodology: redesign and operate AI regional onboarding with structured curriculum.
• Partner with GEO enablement; act as regional lead for EMEA content on the enablement platform.
