CDW is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to design and deliver strategic enablement programmes that elevate seller capability and embed AI-first selling practices. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Services, Operations, IT, and vendors to improve productivity and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in sales enablement, strong data literacy, and familiarity with MEDDPICC and Copilot.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or commercial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver capability programmes at scale.
• Experience using CRM, sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), and AI tools such as Copilot.
• Strong data literacy and ability to link enablement to business outcomes.
• Experience in a technology or solutions-led sales organisation.
• Background in consultative selling or modern digital selling.
• Exposure to vendor training negotiation and GTM alignment processes.
