Job summary

Cloudflare, based in London, seeks a senior sales leader to scale new business revenues across Central and Eastern Europe. You will coach a team of Account Executives, align with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Partners, and drive Go-To-Market initiatives to accelerate growth and brand adoption.

You will recruit and ramp high-performing AEs, manage pipeline and forecasts, and help shape regional strategy to hit ambitious targets in a dynamic, AI-powered environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one Central and Eastern European language required.
• 15+ years of sales experience, with 10+ years in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
• 5+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team in SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-velocity pipelines and drive growth.
• Experience developing and rolling out go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional sales growth by meeting and exceeding quotas quarterly and annually.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
• Provide day-to-day deal support and guidance to AEs.
• Source, interview, and recruit top sales talent in coordination with leadership.
• Own AE KPI reporting in Salesforce and provide forecasts to management.
