Cars2 Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager to lead Aftersales across two service centres in Barnsley. You will coach Service Managers, drive KPI improvements, and uphold high standards of customer experience and health & safety.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-site management experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams while delivering commercial results.

Qualifications

• Experience as Regional Service Manager or similar multi-site leadership role.
• Strong experience in automotive Aftersales, servicing, workshop operations or vehicle repair.
• Proven track record of developing managers and building motivated teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand, challenge and improve operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the operational performance of two service centres.
• Coach and develop Service Managers and teams to reach potential.
• Monitor and improve KPIs: productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, labour, profitability.
• Drive strong commercial performance with focus on customer experience.
• Ensure processes, manufacturer standards and procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver actions.
