Cars2 Ltd in Barnsley is seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager to lead two automotive service centres within our growing Aftersales operation. You will mentor Service Managers, drive performance improvements and uphold manufacturer standards, health and safety, and customer service excellence.

You will shape operational strategy, monitor KPIs, and focus on profitability while maintaining a strong customer experience across multiple sites. A full UK driving licence is required.

• Experience leading multi-site Aftersales or service operations.
• Proven track record developing managers and teams.
• Strong KPI focus and ability to improve productivity and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two service centres' operational and commercial performance.
