AutoSkills (United Kingdom) is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager in Gloucester to oversee the whole Aftersales Department, drive performance, and develop the team. You will deliver first-class customer service, maximise workshop productivity and ensure profitability across service, repair and MOT processes.

The role requires proven motor trade management experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach.

Formación

• Previous management experience within the automotive or motor trade sector.
• Experience managing an Aftersales or Service operation.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of departmental profitability.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Leading day-to-day operation of the Aftersales Department.
• Motivating and supporting the wider aftersales team.
• Ensuring efficient flow of work through the workshop and high productivity.
• Maximising workshop profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing warranty, service, repair and MOT processes.
• Identifying opportunities to increase labour sales and profitability.
• Working with colleagues across the dealership to maintain high standards.
