Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment & Talent Partner to drive the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting and hiring top talent that aligns with both the company's skill needs and culture. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience, ensuring the organisation is equipped with highly qualified, engaged employees who support its growth and values.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through to offer with onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen CV's and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the HRIS tracking system
  • Provide regular recruiting updates and metrics to stakeholders including time to hire
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience
  • Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives as needed
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, market conditions, and best practices
Qualifications
