Compensation: Monthly fee + bonus for each accepted offer

We’re looking for an experienced US-market Sourcer to support hiring for Senior/Staff/Principal Engineers and Head of Engineering roles, plus light coordination.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end sourcing strategy + execution for US roles
  • Screening + CV review for fit
  • Building pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and alternative channels
  • Writing strong outreach campaigns/messages
  • ATS updates, sharing progress, occasional scheduling
  • Weekly reporting and proactive sourcing improvements
