Responsibilities

You’ll play a crucial role in sourcing Qualified Social Workers across the UK for both temporary and permanent opportunities. As the first point of contact for candidates, you’ll be the “front door” to our Social Work division — building relationships, pre‑screening and onboarding professionals, and supporting our consultants to make successful placements. This is a fast‑paced, people‑focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on communication, organisation, and achieving results.
