Pay: £15.00 per hour + Monthly Bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday 25 - 37 hrs per week

The Role

We're looking for a motivated and confident Resourcer to support our temporary worker desk, based in Gloucester office. In this role, you'll help us source, screen, and engage suitable candidates to fill a variety of roles across Gloucester and the South-West region.

You’ll be an essential part of our resourcing team, reporting to our Branch Manager and playing a key role in helping us maintain and grow our network of temporary workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling candidates to discuss available roles
• Matching candidates to current vacancies
• Building strong relationships with potential candidates / clients
• Understanding and responding to temporary workers requirements
• Supporting consultants in meeting client demands
