Route 1 Recruitment are currently looking to add to our team with a Resourcer for our busy industrial desk.

Responsibilities

• Matching candidates to roles where skills match the requirements.
• Writing adverts and advertising on various platforms.
• Delivering new ideas for resourcing and keeping up with new tech.
• Administration duties.
• Performing interviews for candidates of various skill set.
• Data entry.
• Speaking with clients including visits for feedback.
• Customer service.

Qualifications / Skills

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of how the recruitment process works, however this is not essential. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and strength in building relationships with both our clients and candidates. You will also be flexible with taking the on call phone out of business hours, as well as dealing with fulfilment during these hours.

Route 1 are a small independent recruitment business, who give flexibility for all resource roles. We understand that sometimes extra work is required, and therefore offer time back.

Working times and salary

Your working week will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (plus on call rota).

Starting salary is from £25,000 - £27,000 with a clear progression path.
