Managing all recruitment end to end, whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders and Hiring Manager's.
The Recruitment Manager will ideally have a 3 years’ in-house legal recruitment experience, preferably within another law firm or professional services, along with a sound understanding of current recruitment trends. It is essential to demonstrate strong influencing & negotiating skills while being able to work in a high-pressured environment and make sound commercial decisions. Any experience of leading junior team members will be advantageous. The right candidate will possess a strategic approach and be proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter. The Recruitment Manager will be a confident, pro-active professional with an innovative and credible approach.
