You'll build relationships, create opportunities, and provide support for young people, enabling them to succeed in their placements. This role allows you to leverage your recruitment skills in a fulfilling environment without the pressure of sales targets.
Are you a recruiter whos ready for something a little different? This role is similar to recruitment in many ways sourcing opportunities, engaging with employers, matching people into roles but instead of filling vacancies for clients, youll be helping young people with additional needs take their first step into the world of work.
This position sits within a Supported Internship programme in the High Wycombe and Aylesbury area, supporting 1624 year olds with an EHCP. The programme combines classroom learning (maths, English, and employability skills) with real work experience, and has an excellent track record of young people progressing into paid employment.
