Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Source high-caliber engineering candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Build a strong pipeline of engineering talent to meet client demands.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies in the engineering sector.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system updated with accurate candidate and client data.
