About the role:

You'll take ownership of a specialist desk - either in a field you already know or one you're keen to grow into. With support from a collaborative and experienced team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Win new business through networking and outreach
• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
• Offer consultative support and market insights to clients and candidates
• Build a reputation for delivering real value, not just hitting targets
