You’ll help connect some of the most in-demand talent in finance - from data scientists and technologists to traders and investment professionals - with elite firms shaping global markets.

This is recruitment at the highest level, combining the precision of executive search with the energy and pace of agency recruitment. Deals range from £60k to £150k, with some packages exceeding £1 million.

Start Date: ASAP

First-Year Earnings: £45k–£60k 1st Year OTE

Base Salary: £30k

Commission: Uncapped (earn up to 40% of your billings)

Ideal traits

• Academically strong: AAB+ at A-Level and a 2:1 or above from a Top 20 university
• Confident communicator: Able to engage with high-performing candidates - from Oxbridge and Ivy League grads to senior finance leaders
• Financially motivated: You want to build real wealth early in your career (one of last year’s grads earned £100k+)
• Analytical and curious: You enjoy research and understanding how the hedge fund and private equity world operates
• Resilient and self-driven: You’ve proven you can step outside your comfort zone and perform under pressure
