Nurseplus UK Ltd in Ashford, Kent is seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare to cover maternity leave on a fixed-term contract. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop new healthcare sector opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, match them to roles, and drive placements while aiming to exceed sales targets in a supportive team.
