Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Healthcare desk in Aylesbury. This permanent role offers you ownership of your own desk, the ability to build client relationships and source candidates across the healthcare sector, with flexible working around your availability.

The successful candidate will manage full end-to-end recruitment, build client partnerships, and contribute to branch growth while maintaining a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment or sales experience is preferred.

• Confident working independently and managing your own workload.
