Job summary

Nurseplus in Ashford, Kent is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for healthcare on a fixed-term maternity cover. This 360 role gives you full ownership of your desk—from business development to candidate placement and client management.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop healthcare opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, source and interview candidates, and drive to exceed sales targets in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
