Job summary

Nurseplus in Exeter is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing healthcare team. This is a 360 recruitment role with full ownership from business development to candidate placement and client management.

You will manage the full lifecycle, develop new healthcare business opportunities, build lasting relationships, source and interview candidates, match them to roles, and strive to exceed sales targets.
