Job summary

Nurse Plus UK Salisbury is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare team. This 360 recruitment role gives you full ownership of your desk—from business development through to candidate placement and client management.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop new healthcare business opportunities, source and interview candidates, and match them to roles while aiming to exceed sales targets. Competitive salary plus a profit share bonus is on offer.
