Job summary

Nurseplus in Ashford, Kent is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare team on a fixed-term maternity cover. This is a 360 role with full ownership of your desk—from business development through to candidate placement and client management.

You will manage the full lifecycle, develop new healthcare opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while meeting and exceeding targets.

The Role
