Overview

REED Engineering & Manufacturing specialise in placing both blue collar and white-collar candidates into both temporary and permanent positions within 'Manufacturing' and 'Engineering' companies across the UK. We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant within our busy Sheffield based Engineering & Manufacturing Team. Our Recruitment Consultants work with a variety of clients involved in Design, Manufacture and Service Maintenance across a range of industries including Defence, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Aviation, Oil & Gas and Electronics.

Responsibilities
  1. Understand and match recruitment requirements between companies and applicants.
  2. Manage candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Use market-leading technology to find and manage staff.
  4. Operate as your own desk, managing highs and lows in a proactive, challenge-driven, sales environment.
  5. Adapt communication to suit both clients and candidates and manage rapidly changing requirements.
