Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
  • Serving as a point of contact for client requirements, concerns and escalations
  • Understanding client objectives, working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Making calls to connect with candidates and evaluate their suitability for roles
  • Interviewing jobseekers to continuously enhance our database of candidates
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Operating our bespoke recruitment software
