The Role

As a Trainee Recruiter / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the full 360 recruitment process, including:

• Managing and growing your own portfolio of clients
• Interviewing and assessing candidates over the phone
• Writing compelling job adverts and shortlisting applications
• Marketing top candidates to employers
• Building lasting business relationships
• Achieving (and smashing!) your sales targets
