Overview

Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of two hours, award winning training and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our Care assistants to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalized support. Morning, Evening Weekdays and Weekends (Flexible working hours) are available. We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independent as possible in their own home with your support.

Responsibilities
  • Shops
  • Meal preparation and light housework
  • Building strong professional relationships
  • Assistance with personal care and taking medications
  • Introductions to all new clients
  • Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests
  • Visiting the same clients for continuity of care and to build meaningful relationships
  • Companionship and accompanying clients to appointments or visits
Qualifications
