Work with the Medical Workforce Manager to lead the introduction of new automated processes in line with systems and service developments.

Support the Medical Workforce Manager & Medical Workforce Lead Advisor for Recruitment in proactively working with Trust managers to ensure a pro-active recruitment service is provided at all times, providing specialist advice and guidance on recruitment processes within the Trust.
