Overview

Reporting to the CEO, the Recruitment Administrator supports the successful operation of the business through management of multiple mission-critical activities including candidate operations, contractor administration, facilities, finance, training / development. This is a broad and varied role for an individual with excellent organisation and customer service skills to support a fast growing, high-performance business.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting client-focused recruitment activities such as meetings, site visits, interviews (online / F2F), offers and onboarding
  • Ensuring all advertising / media channels are utilised to the greatest, most appropriate extent
  • Creating, managing and maintaining all contractor-related documents
  • Regulatory compliance reporting and administration
  • Office and facilities management
  • Arranging company & client events
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations, invoicing and payment scheduling
  • Managing contractor onboarding
