Are you an Account Co‑ordinator ready to take the next step, or a Recruitment Consultant seeking a role without sales pressure? Acorn by Synergie is looking for an Account Manager to deliver outstanding service to one of our most prestigious key accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment account management or managing demanding customer accounts. Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous.

Key Duties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.
  • Source, vet, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client managers.
  • Provide and present management information.
  • Ensure full adherence to legal and contractual requirements.
  • Support weekly payroll and other administrative tasks when required.
  • Maintain an on‑site presence at the client site, liaising with the client as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment account management or managing busy customer accounts.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to be on‑site at Ellesmere Port from 06:45 and work around client requirements.
