In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization during a rapid growth phase. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong talent pipelines, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving our recruiting processes. Accountabilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, including sales, post-sales, marketing, and more, across multiple regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop clear hiring strategies for each role.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands‑on experience with recruiting in the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting for fast‑paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A passion for data‑driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
  • Exposure to People Operations is a plus, including onboarding support or process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.
