A leading care provider in the UK seeks an experienced Recruitment Lead to own recruitment activities across the business. This hands-on role focuses on sourcing, selecting, and building a strong pipeline of Care Professionals while ensuring compliance with legislation and Franchise Standards. Location: working across our areas of Bridgnorth, Church Stretton and Newport
Working hours: 9am - 5pm
Position: Full time, permanent
This is an exciting position for an experienced Recruitment Lead to take ownership of all recruitment activity across the business. This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for proactively sourcing, attracting, and selecting high‑quality Care Professionals, alongside similar value‑driven key players, building a strong and sustainable recruitment pipeline, and delivering a responsive, compliant, and engaging end‑to‑end candidate experience.
The role plays a critical part in supporting organisational growth by ensuring recruitment targets are met while maintaining full compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and Franchise Standards.
