Job description

• Conduct regular visits to clients who have irregular payment histories or whose accounts have become overdue, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned clients to support effective communication and cooperation.
• Negotiate payment plans or one-time settlement options with clients to ensure consistent and timely recovery.
• Identify and locate clients who are unresponsive or not available, using appropriate methods and resources.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and applicable laws of the country.
• Maintain effective liaison with regulators, law enforcement agencies, local administrative bodies, chambers, and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate and arrange the execution of arrest warrants against defaulting clients, in accordance with legal procedures.
• Provide troubleshooting support and address issues promptly as they arise.
• Prepare, maintain, and deliver timely, accurate, and relevant management information reports to support decision-making.
