A prestigious hotel in Little Eversden, UK, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first impression for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assigning rooms, and handling payments, along with administrative duties. You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel. You'll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and perform general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
