Job summary

A regional healthcare trust in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Receptionist / Appointment Clerk to join their Diagnostic Imaging Admin Team. The role involves performing reception cover, booking specialized appointments, and providing administrative support. We are looking for an individual with experience and proven skills in reception work, administration and telephone appointment centres and excellent people skills, to join our large, busy and friendly Diagnostic Imaging Admin Team. The role will include performing specialised reception cover, booking specialised Imaging appointments and administrative duties, also dealing with queries face to face and over the phone. You will be front line in meeting and welcoming patients, visitors and staff to the department and therefore you must be confident in dealing with people at all levels.
