A healthcare provider in Heanor is looking for a temporary part-time receptionist/administrator for 9 months. The role includes managing reception tasks, processing patient requests, and supporting healthcare teams. Candidates should have GCSEs in Maths and English, basic IT skills, and experience dealing with the public. This position offers access to training opportunities and wellness initiatives.
We are looking to employ for a temporary 9 month maternity cover receptionist/administrator to join our busy GP practice based in the Heanor area. The role is working with both the reception and business services teams.
Hours: 1 x 19.5 hours per week – Part‑Time.

To work within the Administration team with a focus on achieving excellent patient care via the telephone and face to face. The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be to manage the Registrations and Prescription management of a busy respite care home. Providing professional and holistic administration support for all patients who are discharged to the home ensuring a smooth and safe transition from hospital to respite to home.
