A well-established general practice in London is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to support a primary care team serving a large patient base. In this full-time role, you will perform various reception and administrative tasks, including patient interaction, appointment management, and support to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a minimum of GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths. This position offers competitive pay that aligns with London Living Wage requirements.
Due to expansion, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to work with a cohesive primary care team serving 23,500+ patients in St Johns Wood.
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, patient registration, booking appointments, processing of information (electronic and hard copy) and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
