A specialist SEND school in Northwich is seeking a proactive Receptionist/Administrator to manage the front desk and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-organized, and skilled in using office software. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, maintaining pupil records, and assisting with various office tasks. Experience in educational settings is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full-time role, term-time only, scheduled to start in January 2026.

This SEND School is a successful specialist SEND school for boys aged 8-18 with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). They are seeking a professional, welcoming and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to become an important part of our administrative team and the first point of contact for our school community.
You will manage the smooth running of the school reception area, support the day-to-day administrative needs of the school, and uphold our high expectations for safeguarding and professionalism.
Experience in a school office or SEND environment is desirable but not essential training will be provided.
