Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is seeking a Receptionist to greet patients and visitors at the hospital, delivering high-quality customer care with confidence and empathy. The role involves face-to-face and telephone communication, basic IT skills, and flexible, proactive work ethic.
The position is fixed-term, part-time (32.5 hours) with early and late shifts. You will contribute to a friendly reception area and support hospital operations through accurate data entry and courteous service.
Customer | Fixed Term Contract | Part Time | £25,038 per annum 32.5 hours consists of early shifts (06:45am to 13:45pm) and late shifts (13:45pm to 20:45pm).

As a Receptionist at our Hereford Hospital, you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
