Job summary

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital is seeking a Receptionist on a bank, part-time basis. You’ll be the first point of contact, managing inquiries, directing patients, booking appointments and supporting the department to run smoothly.

You’ll need excellent communication, IT and keyboard skills, with experience in healthcare administration or reception preferred. This role is ad-hoc to fit the bank shift pattern and available hours.

Receptionist (Bank) Guildford Hospital | Customer | Bank | Part Time | £13.10 per hour

As a Receptionist at our Guildford Hospital, you’ll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

As a Receptionist, you will:

• Help people feel comfortable when they visit your department
