Bursary Receptionist Part Time (Monday & Tuesday)

  • Post type: Permanent Post | All Year Round
  • Salary: £11,619 pro rate per annum (£27,639 Full Time Equivalent)
  • Working pattern: Part‑time, 2 days a week (Monday & Tuesday) all year round. Includes Saturday morning rota approximately one Saturday morning per month during term time, paid at £14.17 per hour in addition to salary.
  • Location: The Leys School, Cambridge, CB2 7AD
Job Description

We are seeking a welcoming and professional receptionist to manage the School Bursary Reception as part of a job share arrangement. The role would suit someone who is comfortable working within a busy customer‑facing environment, undertaking general administrative tasks, dealing with all phone calls and incoming/outgoing post. The successful applicant will be reliable, confident and possess a calm, professional manner, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff throughout the School and all external visitors.
