• Stay informed of all Hotel VIPs, corporate and regular guests and ensure their requirements are anticipated and fulfilled.
• Demonstrate expertise in the hotel’s services, promotions, and nearby attractions, offering tailored recommendations to enhance guest experiences and drive the hotel revenue.
