Job description

We are looking to recruit a part time front of house receptionist to work in an office building, as part of a job share team. You should be confident and provide a warm welcome to all visitors, ensuring a high level of customer service is always delivered., Reception

Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of the reception area and ensuring it always looks pristine and welcoming
  • Meeting, greeting and registering all visitors to the building
  • Managing deliveries, including couriers and post
  • Develop a good understanding of the local area and update a local amenities information file
Building management
  • Managing and reporting any maintenance or building issues
  • Managing contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance or specific repairs
  • Producing a weekly update report for key stakeholders
  • Supporting the Building Manager with any additional administration tasks
Tenant engagement
  • Research, develop and deliver pop ups / small events - aimed at delivering a community vibe to increase enjoyment during the working day.
  • Work collaboratively with your job share to produce a monthly newsletter
Qualifications
  • Personable, with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and willing to learn in house systems and processes
  • Enjoy working independently as part of the reception job share
  • Proven experience in a front of house reception role or customer service, marketing or sales environment
Location & Working Hours

The role is based in a prestigious office building in central Chester, close to Chester mainline station.

Salary: £16,380. Hours: 8am – 6pm, working every Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays. Flexibility is required to provide cover for holidays and sickness.
