A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTION SUPERVISOR AT HOTEL INDIGO CARDIFF

Reporting to the Reception Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience within Hotel Indigo Cardiff, with the passion to be the best hotel in the City.
• Guest service manager
• Supporting Team Training
• Arranging fun activities for the team and celebrating all special occasions
• Assisting with rota management
• Supporting the hotels charity and engagement event
• Greeting and checking in & out guests with a welcoming & friendly approach
• Maintaining clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
• Answering questions about hotel facilities, local transport, places of interest & entertainment
• Answering the phone & email enquiries
• Liaising with necessary staff including housekeeping & maintenance to address any complaints made by guests
• Keeping up to date with any Training within RBH & IHG
