Job summary

Village Hotels seeks an energetic Reception Host to greet guests, guide them to self-check-in terminals, and provide a warm, human welcome. You will resolve issues on the spot with emotional intelligence while promoting Food & Beverage, meetings, and events.

Attitude and energy matter more than CVs; previous hotel experience is valued, with training and career growth offered across the Village network.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-oriented approach with a friendly, guest-first attitude.
• Ability to handle complaints calmly and resolve on the spot.
• Comfort with upselling Food & Beverage, meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own the lobby area and guide guests to self-check-in terminals.
• Diffuse tensions and resolve issues on the spot.
• Upsell hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain front-of-house standards and assist with briefings.
