Village Hotels is seeking a warm and proactive Reception Host to be the first and last impression for guests. You will greet arrivals, guide guests to our self-service check-in terminals, and provide hands-on help to ensure a smooth, efficient arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Delivering a genuinely warm and energetic greeting to every arrival and guiding guests to self-service check-in terminals.
• The Problem Solving: Handling complaints politely and proactively on the spot and escalating when needed.
• The Environment: Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and assisting guests with questions or upselling F&B.
